These are also young, but have more structure: Cornalin, Syrah, Humagne Rouge, Pinot Noir matured in oak and Merlot, for example. These are perfect with red meat, grilled meat and shishkabobs or skewered meats. Left to age in the cellar they develop into wines that are perfect with game and mushroom dishes.
