Several years ago, the two Thétaz brothers took over the family business. Angelin and Didier, who are very committed to the environment, take a traditional approach to managing their vineyard. They vinify only their own grapes from a number of plots ideally situated on the prime slopes of the municipalities of Saillon, Fully and Saxon. They can always count on the lifetime of experience of their father, “Père Noël”.
