About the winery
Gerald Savioz's small winery is located in Ayent and is the result of his passion for viticulture, where he dedicates himself to the vinification of two grape varieties, Merlot and Cornalin. His approach is decidedly local and artisanal, emphasizing terroir and traditional know-how. Each bottle bears witness to his commitment to quality and celebrates the authenticity of the Ayent vineyard.
