About the winery
Since 1986, the family cellar has made wine from the fruit of its vines, nourished by the sun on the hillside of Ayent.
Dominique and Serge Savioz grow around fifteen traditional Valais grape varieties, cultivated and selected to produce quality wines under the Cri du Merle appellation.
The cellar also offers a friendly space with 50 places for tasting.
