About the winery
Since Oswald Valloton's initial land acquisitions in 1930, up to the present day where his grandson Henri Valloton carries on the family legacy, the 7.7-hectare estate in Fully is divided among Combe d’Enfer, Planche Billon, les Claives, and les Follaterres.
Henri Valloton, a passionate advocate for this alpine terroir, views it as a true gem for producing excellent wines. His eyes light up when he speaks of Combe d’Enfer, the birthplace of their winemaking journey where his grandfather first purchased a vineyard.
Today, Henri has chosen to replant Durize and Païen, indigenous grape varieties, thus reconnecting with local winemaking traditions. In 2021, the estate reached a new milestone by obtaining organic certification.
